The fully modern kitchen is equiped to the highest of standards with oven/hob,dishwasher,fridge freezer,microwave,ice cold water machine,washer & all the usual kitchen equipment you would expect to find in the home.

Villa Marandtaz boasts full air-conditioning & ceiling fans, fly screens to all windows & doors. A safe has been installed for those valuable items. A first aid kit, hair dryers & straightening irons have also been provided for guest convenience.

There are 4 large bedrooms furnished with luxury bed linens,3 king size bedrooms & 1 twin room,2 bathrooms with showers, plus downstairs wc with wash basin.

The villa is set in private walled tropical gardens with large patio,double pit BBQ & private golf putting green. Golf clubs, mountain bikes & fishing equipment are privided for our guests.

Villa Marandtaz stands on a small family orientated community called rose garden,set in tropical gardens the community boasts a very large well maintained swimming pool & childrens pool just a few doors up from the villa, perfect for topping up that tan or meeting some new friends, the people that reside on rose garden are some of the nicest people you could ever wish to meet and they would be only too happy to make you welcome.

Local Area Details

Belek is situated between Antalya and side transfer to the villa is a mere 25 minutes Belek is Turkeys premier golf resort with no less than 14 magnificent world class golf courses all situated between 5-10 minutes away from the villa.

There is a local supermarket & bar near the community entrance (2minute walk) or just 10 minutes walk there is a superb Enlish bar, serving an extensive menu with cheap prices, they also have entertainment & karaoke on most evenings.For those more up-tempo evenings Belek town centre is a mere 5 minutes away, were you will find lots of morden up-market cafe bars & restaurants and of course those all important shops (which there are plenty of). For that fine dining,special ocassion meal all the golf clubs have superb restaurants serving extensive european menus.

Local buses are frequent and stop at the community entrance or taxis are readily available with door to door service.

The beach park tractor trailer (free) stops at the community entrance and is a mere 5 minute drive away,were you will find beach front cafes & restaurants, horse riding, zoo, go-karts,water sports, paint balling and of course that beautiful turquiose sea.
