This includes air conditioning/heating, satellite TV showing Sky and English channels, a DVD player, CD player, and the kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. The property is situated on one of the most prestigious golf developments in the Murcia region, Hacienda del Alamo. It is 5 minutes from the village of Fuente Alamo and 25 minutes from the lovely beaches of Mazarron, the Mar Menor and the renowned sporting resort of the La Manga Club. The villa has a fully landscaped garden with a large terrace that gets the sun all day and is right next to the pool.

Balcony off upstairs landing with table and chairs, with spectacular views over the resort and mountains beyond. Balcony off master bedroom with views to the front. The large sun terrace is easily accessed from both the living and kitchen areas and overlooks the large shared pool. The garden is beautifully landscaped and has tables, chairs and sunloungers. Part of the terrace is covered, so you can choose to be in the shade or sun as you prefer.

Linen / Cleaning
Plenty of towels and linen are provided and the villa is cleaned ready for your arrival. Mid-stay cleaning and additional services can be arranged at extra cost if required. Welcome packs also available on request.

Access
Two of the bedrooms are downstairs, which would suit a person who might have difficulty with stairs, however, there are a couple of steps up to the front door which would not make it ideal for wheelchair users.

Booking Terms / Payment
25% deposit required at time of booking, balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. Receipt of the deposit confirms your booking.

Transfers
Flexible changeover day. Arrival not before 3pm and departure by 12 noon.
