This stunning 3 bedroom ground floor (non-smoking) apartment is furnished to a very high standard to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone. It is built on an impressive residential complex and the apartment has its own enclosed garden terrace overlooking the Carrascoy Mountains and a communal pool.
The resort has its own 9 hole golf course and commercial centre, which will soon occupay a range of shops, bars and restaurants. The complex also has as a club house and fitness centre. .
The apartment is 15 minutes from Murcia Airport and 40 minutes from Alicante Airport.
Apartment Facilities
The apartment has 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms the 79 sq metres of terrace and patio area is ideal for relaxing and dining outside. Other facilities include LCD TV, DVD and Playstation 2. Hot and cold air conditioning is installed for your comfort and the apartment has marble floors throughout.
Living Area
The living area is furnished to a high standard with two Leather Sofas, 26 inch LCD TV,DVD, and a Playstation 2. In the dining area there is a table and 6 chairs, the double patio doors lead onto the terrace and patio area were you will find outdoor furniture equipped for dining with a BBQ and relaxers for taking in the mountain, pool and golf course views.
Bedrooms
The apartment has three double bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and it has a double wardrobe 5 draw chest, mirror and hairdryer. The other two bedrooms are equipped with 2 single beds and plenty of wardrobe space and they are within easy reach of the shower room.
Kitchen
The fully fitted kitchen has granite worktops, hob, oven, sink, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. There is a washing machine and vacuum system in the utility area as well as an iron, ironing board and clothes airier.
Bathrooms
The bathrooms are equipped with top quality fittings, the en-suite has a full bath with shower, wash basin and WC. The second bathroom has a shower cubicle, sink and WC.
Cleaning/towels, linen/maid service
Bed linen and towels are supplied. The apartment will be cleaned prior to arrival and a midweek clean and linen change can be arranged on request charged locally. (Pool towels are not provided).
Local Area DetailsA short distance away in the local village of La Tercia is a wine bar and a supermarket.
The nearest beaches of the Mar Menor and Costa Calida are only 15 minutes away and the local towns and villages of Sucina and Balsicas are within easy reach of the resort.
The area is famed for its selection of golf courses, nearby are the golf courses of La Torre, Mar Menor, El Valle, Hacineda Riquelme and Peraleja Golf resort.
In addition to golf many other activities are available nearby including boat charters, fishing trips, scubadiving, windsurfing, waterskiing, sailing, therapeutic mudbaths, thermal springs, horseriding, nature reserves, and aqua parks.
The natural park in the Carrascoy Mountains is nearby and is ideal for walking and hiking and the spa towns of Fortuna are not far away if you fancy a day being pampered and spoiled The local towns and cities have weekly markets and regular fiestas to enjoy.
In addition to the cultural delights of Murcia and Cartagena the lively holiday resorts of Torrevieja, Los Alcazares and La Manga are also easily reached for days or evenings out.

Rental prices include rental for up to 6 persons per week, all bed linen bath and kitchen towels.
Cleaning is an addtional 60 euro.
A welcome grocery pack can be provided on request as well as a mid week clean and towel change (payable locally to our agen).
Baby equipment can be arranged if required at an extra charge.
Beach/pool towels are not provided (please bring your own)
To secure a booking a 20% non refundable deposit is required.
The balance must be paid in full 6 weeks prior to your departure.
Breakages deposit - We request a refundable deposit of £150 to cover damages or breakages to be paid with main deposit. The security deposit will be returned within 2 weeks upon a satisfactory checkout.
