We are located in a residential quiet neighborhood, two and a half miles from "Disneyland", "California Adventure Park" and "Downtown Disney". Also near by is "Knotts Berry Farm Amusement and water Park", "Movie Land Wax Museum", "Rippley's Believe it or not Museum", "Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament", "Wild Bill's Wild West Dinner Extravaganza", "The Anaheim Convention Center", "Edison Stadium" (Home of the Angels baseball team), "Arrowhead Pond", "The Anaheim Plaza", "The City Block"(Outside Mall). 25 minutes from the beach, 45 minutes from "Universal Studios" Hollywood, Beverly Hills Rodeo Drive. Our excellent location offers, within walking distance (one block) several full service restaurants as well as fast food chains, grocery stores, drugstores, ATM's and much more.

attentive concierge/management team on site, always ready to assist you to
create a very relaxed and memorable vacation.

For an additional charge we can deliver breakfast in your private back yard
or cater a special occasion gourmet dinner. And if you desire we can stock
your cottage with groceries of your choice, before your arrival. We can
arrange babysitting services, as well as in house SPA style services, such as
manicure, pedicure and massages done by professionals.

For those of you who want to have more time for fun in the sun, instead of
staying indoors cleaning, we can arrange for an additional charge, daily maid
services.
Our concierge/management team is always ready to help you plan your
activities and answer any questions before and during your trip.



AMENITIES :
Our Cottages are air-conditioned and beautifully decorated with all new
furniture, new carpet and imported ceramic tile floors.
Master bedroom features a very comfortable queen size bed, and sunny patio with breakfast table.
Second bedroom features two twin trundle beds, and ample closet space with ironing board and iron. Both bedrooms have awesomely comfortable bedding and pillows. All bed, bath and kitchen linens are included.

Fully set up and equipped kitchen with gas range, microwave oven, refrigerator, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and complementary gourmet coffee and tea. for you to prepare .

Our cozy living room is light and airy surrounded by windows facing our nicely landscaped central courtyard and it features a stereo with CD player, satelite TV and DVD player.

Kitchen and dinning room feature imported ceramic tile floors. The dinning room table seats 6 comfortably. For great BBQs we have a gas BBQ in the back yard.

Beautiful new Spanish tile bathroom with shower/bathtub and hair dryer.
Business center includes telephone, fax and internet service is available.

For an extra charge we provide laundry services.

Sorry, no pets allowed. Smoking only in the backyard or central court yard where at night you can watch the Disneyland fireworks show. We have the most private and comfortable setting for your vacation, just bring your toothbrush and clothes, because we have thought of every detail to make you feel comfortable in your exciting and hassle-free California vacation.

Rates
Security deposit $200.00 (refundable after your departure, as long as cottage is left in good order , as agreed in rental agreement.
+14% Anaheim Room Tax
Rates are based on a maximum of 6 guests.

(3 nights minimum stay)**** Holiday rates are based on Highest published rate.

We recommend that you make your reservations as far in advance as possible to ensure your desire dates are available.

Last minute reservations are also welcome.

DEPOSITS, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES.

50% deposit of total balance is due at time of booking, your final balance payment including Tax plus security deposit is due to confirm your reservation. Any charges for additional services during your stay will be paid prior to departure.

WHAT YOU GET?

Upon confirmation of your reservation, we will e-mail you a questionnaire that will help us learn more about your personal interest, favorite activities and plans during your vacation. With this information we will custom design an information packet that will include directions to our location, suggestions on activities, shopping and details on favorite things to do in this area so that you will be able to enjoy exploring all southern California attractions the way locals do. We will Include information about local restaurants, shopping and entertainment.


HOLLYDAYS POLICIES
Generally for holiday reservations, there is a slightly stricter policies regarding deposits and cancellations.

CANCELLATIONS
A full refund is due if cancellation is received 15 days before arrival date. If less than 15 days you will be charged one night at the published rate per unit reserved.

Once lodging begins, changes to reservations, such as early terminations or cancellations of days, will incur in a charge of 50% of the published rate per remaining days, unless we are able to rebook the cottage for corresponding dates, less $100.00 handling fee per unit.

WHERE DO WE PICK UP THE KEYS?
Our concierge/management team on site will welcome you with the keys and lots of information including discount coupons for attractions, restaurants and supermarkets and answers to your questions.

CHECK OUT TIME 11:00am

If you need to check in earlier, we will make every attempt to accommodate your request, or assist you storing your luggage until your cottage is ready. The same will apply for request for later check out times. (It will all depend if we have guests checking out before your arrival or checking in after your departure.
