Superb fly fishing at the nearby Savinja but, even better, is the Dreta river only 250m from the house. It is not fished nearly so much and some of our guests have claimed it is the best fishing they have ever done.

About Scenery/Beauty Spots

If you enjoy mountains it is superb for walking. The house's central location makes it an excellent base for exploring this fascinating country. Using the Motorway it is easy to get to Bled in 75 to 90mins. Bohinj is 90 to 105 mins.
The Eastern wine area is about 45 mins away.
