NO 2:: The 2nd apartment over looks the 16thC law courts of DIJON it's a 2 bedroom apartment with a high oak beam ceiling and has an open log working fireplace, it's redecorated in warm spicy colours, perfect for a senior couple!
No 3:: A 2 bedroom 2 BATHROOM duplex (split-level with the 2 bedrooms upstairs)on the 2nd and last floor of an 18thC building, ideally situated in the heart of DIJON the Antiquarian quarter, prime location!!

Local Area DetailsOnly 1h30mins by TGV from Paris to Dijon.
By car a 4 hours drive from Paris.
From Dijon to Beaune either by train (15 mins) or by car (40 mins) explore one of the most famous stretches of vineyards in the world, running for 56km south from Dijon past Beaune to Santenay where many of the best wines in the world are made here!
Visit the beautiful rolling green countryside either by bike, foot or car.
Cycle beside the Burgundy canal using the cycle path.
Many charming little wine villages not to be missed.
