Property Details of Lanzarote Villa
Casa Arabella has a private electrically heated pool (6x3)in the tropical front garden which is surrounded by low volcanic walls. It is often said that the photos of this villa do not do it justice - just ask one of our many repeat guests!
There is a small gated childrens play area with playhouse and private sun bathing area in the back garden.
There is an outdoor terrace area with a table and four chairs, a patio with sun loungers.
The villa is furnished and equipped to a high modern standard. It is suitable for four people and a baby/small child in a cot or Zbed which we provide free of charge.
The villa is semi-detached and has a comfortable and cool lounge, a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, independant dining room with stylish furniture and hi-fi with great selection of holiday music, family bathroom and large master bedroom with kingsize bed. There is also a twin bedroom with two single beds. There is off road parking on the gated driveway. We also have a security safe so that you can lock all of your valuables away to give you peace of mind during your stay.
There are twin leather settess, a TV with UK channels, a DVD player with films and plenty of books/games for your holiday enjoyment!
We have an iron, ironing board, hairdryer and of course a washing machine.
Bringing baby? We have the cot, high chair, cot sheets, microwave sterliser, bottle warmer and anything else you may need. All free of charge.
Parque del Rey is just a 15-20 min walk to the harbour, 15 mins to the beach and a 5 min walk further to Playa Blancas main shopping street.
If there is more than one family coming on holiday, we look after a number of other villas on this development - just ask us for details.
Please note it is possible to sleep 5 in our villa but the fridge freezer is only small so please bear that in mind if you like to cook in a lot on your holidays.
