The home is south facing, making it a suntrap for sun worshippers, and has a private garden and fully furnished patio and car parking space. A very affordable and cost effective option when looking to rent your place in the sun.

The home has a portable air conditioning unit for the hotter months.

The mobile home park, located close to Costa del Silencio in the south of Tenerife and only 8km from Los Cristianos, boasts a large swimming pool, bar, shop, laundry, basketball and tennis facilities and childrens play area on site as well as constant summer sunshine. The site facilities are suitable both for permanent residence or for letting to holiday makers.

The mobile home is fully furnished and the main bedroom has a good size shower and wash basin adjacent.Outside you have your own private garden and fully furnished patio area and a large barbacue.The mobile home is very well equipped with everything you would expect in your own home. For example DVD player/Mini Hi fi, washing machine, toaster, combination microwave, iron, iron board and hairdyer. Guests who like a game of golf have complimentary use of the golf clubs in the home. A lovely and challenging 9 hole par 3 course is only 5 minutes drive.
The home has all the UK channels but I can't guarantee reception as this is provided by a third party. However it is rare there are any problems.

24 hour security and CCTV.
No vehicle access after midnight to 8am.
Arrivals after 11pm by arrangement.
Site open 12 months of the year

Access can be gained 24 hours, but see above, to suit your flights. Home available from 4pm and vacation at 10am. This is flexible and subject to incoming holiday makers.

A lot of our retired guests spend the whole winter in the mobile home getting away from the miserable British weather.

The home is strictly non smoking but is allowed on the patio providing no litter is left (i.e. fag butts strewn around the patio or garden areas or frontage). Litter picking and excess cleaning may affect your deposit.

A note re disabled or guests who have caring needs.

There are two steps up into the home. The home is not specifically laid out for disabled use but is spacious and open plan.

Local Area Details

Las Galletas a small Spanish fishing village is 2km away with excellent sea front restaurants and play facilities in the central square and the avenue for children. The main tourist resorts are only 8km away so you can choose between quiet and peaceful to bustling.
The home is a 10 to 15 minute taxi ride from the airport.
Airport pick up can be arranged.

There are stunning views of the mountains from the mobile home.
Other activities, diving, golf tennis, walking, orienteering and much more.

Due to the location I would recommend a car as the nearest bus stop is a 20 to 25 minute stroll. Autoreisen who are based at the airport seem to reguarly provide the best deals and you only pay on arrival.
