Property Details of Southern Cyprus Apartment
Whilst each apartment sleeps 4 comfortably, each apartment can sleep one or two more people (no extra cost). There are 4 such apartments on the same block of 8 apartments. The only rules are STRICTLY NO SMOKING inside the apartments and just treat the place well. It is very clean and new, with breathtaking views day and night. You wont need anything during your stay except for food, but there is a welcome pack of goodies when you first arrive. The air-con doubles up as heaters in the winter months (18 deg. C during the day, 12 deg. C during the night). Any special requirements can be discussed and accomodated within reason.
Local Area DetailsMany local shops within walking distance, freshly baked bread all day long, kiosks that sell day to day things (flip flops, newspapers, food) and a mini modern supermarket about 15 min walk, nothing you cannot get in a UK supermarket. A much larger one 10 min drive. Whilst the sea is withing walking distance the closest public beach is about 10 min drive in Coral Bay.

| The variation in price depends on the time of year and length of stay. Cheapest between 1st Nov and 31st March (winter). More expensive between 1st April and 31st October (summer). For 2010, winter prices for 7, 14 and 21 days are €250, €480 and €690 respectively. For 2010, summer prices for 7, 14 and 21 days are €300, 580 and 850 Euros respectively. Minimum stay is usually 7 days and the cost of anything longer is pro rata but a fare price is always given. The price is inclusive of all facilities air con, heating, water, electricity etc, no hidden extras once price is agreed. A non-refundable booking deposit of 30% and the rest payable one month before the agreed dates |
