This is a lovely studio apartment in an absolutely beautiful Royal Sun complex of 350 apartments,10minutes walk from the centre of Sunny Beach which is the Kuban Hotel,and a 5 minute walk to the fantastic beach.The apartment is fully furnished and can comfortably hold 2 adults and 1 children,but on request 2 more children can be accomodated on a inflatable airbed.It has a fully fitted kitchen,with cutlery,sheets towels supplied.There is international cable television with english speaking channels.Bathroom has hot water shower.The apartment is on the top floor which is fully serviced by excellent lifts.The apartment faces out onto the rear of the complex and the private balcony gets full sun in the afternoon,and in the evening time offers a quiet and peacfull oasis away from the noisy pools area at the front of the building.
