Property Details of Aquitane Gite
A warm welcome to La Plumardie Basse, this charming old stone farm has been build around the year 1880 and on 25000m2 land.
This property offers stunning vieuws miles away on the dordogne landscape.
The only noices you'll hear on the property are natural sounds.
We offer you a gite for 4 pers. with 2 bedrooms (on the first floor) each equipped with bathroom, washtub and toilet.
The beds are very large (1,6mx2m) and the are mecanical adjustable and can be separated into single beds on your request.
On the ground floor you'll find a well equipped kitchen with high table for breakfast, a dining area and a sitting area with Lcd Tv, dvd player etc.
This gite has 2 terraces: one on the inner court and the other on the first floor equipped with Bbq.
This gite has free acces to the second commun swimming pool (10,5x5m)at 50m. away from the gite.
There is also free acces to our welness area composed by: Sauna and Oriental styled hammam with masaic, 3 days a week: monday,wednesday and friday from 6pm until 9pm.
The jacuzzi is on dayly use whenever you like (weekly refreshing of the water)
fitness area with solarium.
This all make our location a delightfull destination for an unforgettable holiday,the ideal spot for both relaxation and leasure all year round.
Note: due of many differents in heights on the property it could be difficult for disabled persons.
We have a dog (Labrador) very thrustable and a hartbreaker for young children, for this reason we can't accept other animals.
The owners speak: Englisch, French and Dutch.

Our location is rather unique because we find ourself exactly in the middle at 35 km. from: Sarlat, Bergerac and Perigueux.
