This apartment is decorated to a very high standard and comprises of 3 bedrooms all with double fitted wardrobes, 1 bathroom. Bedroom 1, Kingsize, bedroom 2 twin beds, bedroom 3 single room with additional pull out bed, living room with double sofa bed. The kitchen has all the appliances that you require, including oven with hobs, washing machine, microwave oven & grill, fridge/freezer, kettle. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with seating for 2 people. Outside on the terrace there is a large dining table with seating for 8-12 people. Children are very welcome and will enjoy the facilities which are included for usage whilst here, PS2 with games, DVD player with DVD movies and disney films, the usage of 3 childrens bikes of different ages, a games table and a small trampoline. The TV gives you access to BBC & ITV channels as well as other popular british channels. For additional security a small safe is on site with key and all bedroom windows have shutters. Smokers are welcome, but we ask that they only smoke on the terrace and wash the ashtrays regulary.

Local Area Details

This luxurious apartment boasts a Jack Nichalaus design golf course which will be completed in 2009. The resort is currently still under construction however the location of our apartment does not upset the peace and tranquility. Lovely pedestrianised areas for walks to take in the breath taking stunning golf and mountain views, nice flat surfaces, no hills so suitable for disabled and children. Once completed there will be a town centre built on stilts with numerous bars restuarant, shops and banks. Only 5 minutes from Camposol, which boasts many restuarants, bars, take-aways and supermarkets. 10 minutes by car from Mazarron Port, which is a beautiful town with many shops, bars, restaurants, boats and beaches. 50 minutes from San Javier airport with Covera airport to be completed in 2010, which will be onlt 20 minutes away. This is a private Polaris Resort 5* complex with 24 hour gate house security. There is a Communal pool and play park less than 20 meters in our jardin. Many other communal pools and parks nearby, as well as Tennis, Sports bar with Satelitte TV, basketball courts, cycling hire. Within 45 minutes drive to the Zoo and Waterpark
