„VILLA ROMANA“ has 2 huge flats (approx. 130 sq. each)completely separated from each other with own entrance and own garden. They have a living room with sat-TV, 3 bedrooms (one with double bed and 2 with single beds), 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath tub), a well equipped kitchen (refrigerator, washing machine, etc.) and a beautiful terrace for open air meals. They are furnished friendly and functionally in Italian style and offer space for up to 6 people each or 12 people for big families or groups of friends. To the villa belongs a huge park of 2.500 square meters with very old trees and Mediterranean vegetation, “macchia mediterranea”. Shops and restaurants are close to the house (5 to 10 min walk).
The two fashionable Mediterranean towns and sea resorts of ANZIO and NETTUNO with their lively life, tourist and fishing ports, shaded “piazzas”, many shops, old churches, open air restaurants and coffee shops are approx. 4-5 km from the Villa.
