For those cosy evenings the spacious lounge with it´s wood burning stove is an ideal place to sit and relax and enjoy the panoramic view to the sea and mountains. The villa has central heating and music wired through out all the rooms. It is fully fitted out with a modern easy to use kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, stove, oven, microwave and etc..).
Outside the villa there are both open and covered terraces, also a fantastic covered barbecue and bar on the terrace by the pool, an ideal place for entertaining, if you prefer to eat outside. Also by the pool there is a shower and WC, sunshades and sunbeds.

The villa is located within the region of Axarquia, close by, within the shadow of mountain Maroma, which is the highest one of the province of Malaga, are the National Parks Sierra Tejada and Almijara.
