Our holiday home, Le Coderc (sleep 7/8, with private pool) is situated on a hectare of land on a hilltop just 3 kms from les Eyzies de Tayac on the Vézère river. Les Eyzies, about 20 kms from the medieval town of Sarlat in the Périgord Noir, is the worldcapital of prehistory and numerous caves with prehistoric paintings can be found here. The Dordogne and Vézère Valley are rich farming country full of colours, with hidden valleys and rivers, scattered farms, vineyards and medieval châteaux, towns and villages. Our cottage is pleasantly and comfortably furnished, with satellitetelevision and CD-player. The cosy kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, cooker and refrigerator and the cottage has a private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The large swimming pool (9x5 metres) is completely private, is terraced and has sunbeds. Inside you’ll find the livingroom downstairs with woodstove, a kitchen, a toilet, a bedroom with shower,a laundry with washingmachine. Upstairs you’ll find a bathroom with bathtub, shower and washbasin, two bedrooms (one of which has an extra washbasin) and a toilet.
