This fairytale cottage is right beside a tumbling mountain river and with its own waterfall babbling down a rocky gorge to meet the famous Dovey River infront of the cottage. It is in the Snowdonai National Park just about 7 miles South of Dolgellau and on the edge of a small village called Dinas Mawddwy and looks very bit as if you were in the mountains of Canada especially in the fall. Also fishing is available along the river frontage of the cottage boundery.
Honeysuckle and roses ramble the thick stone walls of this lovely cottage which is decorated and furnished in traditional style. It is warm and cosy and just the place for a relaxing holiday and the walks from the doorstep are great or you can chill out by a roaring real fire while restoring and refreshing any stresses and strains of a hectic life.
All around the scenery is abolutely fabulous with high mountains and deep valley with winding ferny lanes...bliss. The cottage has seperate lounge, kitchen and dining room which overlooks the waters so you can see the river life without even going outside..see trout and salmon leap the falls in autumn. Upstairs 2 lovely bedrooms ...1 double bed and twins beds with extra bed if neeeded and downstairs a full size deluxe sofa bed. A fully fitted bath and shower rooms is upstairs providing comfortable accommodation for all. Extra bedding is available and all bedlinen is included in the cost plus some fuel for the open fire.

Mountain climbing, all outdoor activities, coastal activities only half hour drive and beaches. Castles, steam trains, mountain railways, heritage attractions, stately houses, traditional houses, anything you need its all here. Walking, fishing, boating, tracking, horse riding, cycling, etc.
