Villa Antonio is a two floor luxury villa (internal size 400 sq.m. - just compare) situated in a stunning location with magnificent views of Lanzarote, based in the quite village of Nazaret yet only 15 mins from the beach.Short walk to shop & 2 restaurants A great cental location to stay and tour. The property includes a large private heated pool and a 4 seater Jacuzzi/hot tub which is only steps from the pool (and a paddling pool for the children). You will find a satellite TV and DVD in the comfortable living room and also in the 2 main bedrooms. To test your skills a Games room with 6ft pool table, table football, darts, PS2, TV and DVD is available, our aim is for Villa Antonio to be 'a place to relax and unwind'.

Other: Ground floor terrace with al fresco dining for 8 people and 2 leather armchairs recliners to relax after the meal.
First floor terrace with table, chairs, loungers and magnificent views.
Large pool, Hot tub, BBQ and fully equipped Games room incl PS2.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Meet & Greet within 24 hrs after arriving
Linen and bath towels included and changed weekly.
Please note pool towels are not provided.

Notes on accommodation
There is a luxuriously appointed kitchen, with everything you need for that relaxing holiday. The living room is large with seating for 8 people on comfortable leather sofas. The 32” LCD flat screen TV is situated in one corner with a well stocked DVD library(and satellite tv and IPod speaker cube) , Mini audio system accepts CDs, USB and SD card, Both ground floor bedrooms have patio doors leading directly onto the terrace.
(There is also a sun terrace on the first floor!)
Upstairs you will find the other two bedrooms, which along with the rest of the villa has recently been decorated, to make you feel home from home.
All the rooms have ceiling fans to keep you cool!
A welcome pack awaits guests on arrival which includes what you need for a cup of tea, a chilled glass of wine or a cold beer! Villa Antonio...... a place to relax & unwind.

Outside
Large 11m private pool, can be heated, barbecue, loungers, table and chairs, 2 terraces for al fresco dining (Leather reclining armchairs to relax in after dinner!) and pool side area. Sun terrace on 1st floor. An 'Artic Spa' 4 seater Jacuzzi/hot tub is steps from the pool (and a paddling pool for the children). A games room is available with 6ft pool table, darts, table football, TV, DVD and a PS2 Playstation.

Coast/Beach
Nearest beach approx 15 mins by car, Costa Teguise. 20 mins drive is Puerto del Carmen, the islands oldest and most established tourist centre. Comprising one main road along the beach (the strip) along which there are many bars, restaurants, shops etc. The surfers beach, Famara- 10 mns by car, is a nice place to visit for a quiet walk with some nice places to eat.

Golf
The nearest golf course is a 10 min drive from Villa Antonio.

Travel
Driving time approx 15 mins from airport.
Guests will find their holiday more enjoyable if they hire a car, We can arrange this for you, where you will be met personally at the airport (no queues) & the rates are fully inclusive, so no added extras!

Distances
Teguise 5 mins. Farmara Beach 10 mins Costa Teguise 15 mins. Puerto del Carmen 20 mins.

Just to let you know we had a fantastic time at your villa. Comes into our all time top 3 holidays, and we've had hundreds. The pool, the spa, in fact the whole villa were superb. From the cheap and cheerful "social" club on the main road to Lagomar and its trendy cave bar, run by Italian brothers Gianlucca and Umbertto, made it a truely great holiday. We are well past our clubbing days but the cave bar at Lagomar is a unique experience at 01.00 in the morning. Who needs Pto Del Carmen and Costa Tequise? Hope to return in the near future, and everything was left to your liking. Many thanks, Ian and Denise
