THE PALM TERRACE APARTMENT, VILLA TRANQUILLA
An extreemly spacious, immaculate, bright 1st floor apartment with gorgeous sea views. Quietly located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a beautiful, recently renovated detached villa less than two miles from Estepona.
Pool HEATED from Oct - April. The apartments (there are two others) are always presented in pristine condition. You will NEVER have to arrive and start cleaning, as we sometimes did when going on a self-catering holiday!! We have tried to style our "villapartments" on a home-from-home basis with attractive furniture, good quality firm beds, lots of kitchen items and TV with BBC1, BBC2, Sky News & ITV so that you don't have to miss out on any soap operas!!! There is also a VCR & DVD with lots of free movies to borrow. There is an 8 metre pool that is heated October 1 -April 30 for a small additional charge as well as a well tended half acre garden, table-tennis and darts.
The apartment comprises a very large master bedroom with Queen-size bed, sea views, a dressing area, a private terrace and a bathroom with bath; twin basins; bidet; WC and shower cubicle en suite. The second bedroom
has a King-size bed (can be separated) and a shower / WC / wash basin opposite.
The living/dining room face south & west over gardens & towards the sea. One of the sofas opens into a double bed. (We can provide a z-bed in the second bedroom)
The well fitted kitchen is off this room. Whilst it has a dishwasher, the communal washing machine is in the garage. There is a second partly shaded terrace as well.

Local Area DetailsEstepona is a typically Spanish comparively uncommercialised seaside town.
It has a delightful Port area where you can go on Dolphin Spotting trips, deep sea fishing or just wander around the shops, bars & restaurants. The flower strewn promenade takes you to the old town area where there is a walking street, plazas, lots of shops and pavement cafes & restaurants. It is a charming place with narrow streets and almost only Spanish voices.
For the more energetic, there is Selwo Safari Park, Puerto Banus, Marbella & Gibraltar to visit as well as the delightful white villages of Casares, Gaucin & Manilva. Day trips to Cadiz; Seville; Malaga; Granada; Jerez; Ronda & Cordoba as well as Tangiers in Morocco should be considered.

About Airport InformationMalaga is 85km and Gibraltar is around 45-50km.
The latter is far easier and more popular as it is tiny in comparisome.
Flights however are generally costlier as only B.A. and Monarch fly there.
About GolfingEstepona Golf is 10 mins away and there is also a little-used 9 hole pitch & putt called Los Almendros. Many other courses are close by.
About BeachesOur most popular beach is Playa del Cristo. It has gentle shallow water, two beach-side restaurant/bars, parking & toilet facilities.
