This property has been furnished to a very high standard and includes everything you will possibly need. On the lower level are the bedrooms and bathrooms with a patio/utility area, this is perfect when really hot as the rooms stay cool. On ground level are the kitchen, cloakroom, large living/dining area leading onto terrace with spiral staircase leading upto roof terrace. Large roof terrace with full size pool table, sun loungers, patio table and chairs. This house is in a perfect position within the community as one side of the house you have complete sea view and the other side is gardens and pool area, plus the house is on ground level so just a few steps and you are at the pool.
The property has air-conditioning and heating. Being on ground level makes easy access to pool area and gardens. There is also parking and garage space. This property is not ideal for wheelchair users due to bedrooms/bathrooms being downstairs.
The photos were taken late afternoon so you can see shade on terrace due to the sun going down. The roof terrace always has sun and during the summer months the sun is on terrace from early morning till the sun goes down due to being south facing.
This property is ideally situated between Malaga (60 minutes) and Gibraltar (25 minutes) plus there are more than 20 golf courses within easy reach (details on all courses available on request). If you do not drive, public transport is very good in this area, tourist information office at port.
Local Area DetailsThe beaches and port 360 birth marina are a casual 10 mins walk or a few minutes in the car free car parking in port The beaches lay both sides of the port which are sandy sloping gently into sea, beach bars dotted along beach and a walk-way to Sabinillas town which is 10 mins walk along beach. There are local bars restaurants 5 mins walk from the complex, 10 min walk into Port and you will find a large selection of bars and restaurants a small supermarket, bank, taxi rank, tourist information office for local activities and places of interest. For larger supermarkets banks and shops Sabillinas is 5 mins drive or a 10 min walk along the beach.
