The cottage is traditional green oak frame with lime panels. All materials in the construction and fitting have been selected for their low environmental and carbon impact. Barnacre Green cottage is self sufficient for all energy, water and waste water so you can enjoy a holiday with very little environmental impact. Enjoy our heated indoor 12m pool gym area. The pool is also heated without fossil fuels. You can enjoy onsite course fishing with a well stocked 1 acre lake.
