Domaine de Palatz is an U-shaped property built around a centre courtyard, consisting of three separate cottages, all fully equipped, sleeping between two and fifteen people. Let together or separately, all fully equipped/separate entrances. All linen, towels, gas, water, electricity inclusive.
Towels, gas, water and electricity inclusive in price between May and October.
Electricity and gas is charged pro-rata from November to May.

Swimming pool 12m x 6m, surrounded by rockeries, and lawned area, within 25 acres for picnicking, walking, relaxing, in the countryside amongst vineyards, and woodlands, There is a large under cover are for table tennis, darts, and jue deboules are available, also BBQ. Tables for dining. Etc.
The pool area has its own pool-house and BBQ. Surrounded by sun lounges and parasol?s Also large table for 14 persons to dine.plus other tables available.
On the edge of the village of Laure Minervois, an ancient wine-producing village with shops, including baker, butcher, post office, bar, and a cave for local wine tasting, in the Aude region.

Local Area DetailsBeautiful views of the Black Mountains, with their lakes for perfect leisure activities and glimpses of the Pyrenees. Vineyards, Caunes-Minervois, Gothic and Renaissance residences, and its Benedictine abbey surround the Minervois. Rieux-Minervois, with its Romanesque church. Seventeen kilometres away from the fabulous medieval town of Carcassonne, which has two sites, declared World Heritage sites by UNESCO; the Canal du Midi and the Cite, making Carcassonne a very important tourist location.
The Med. and Pyrenees 30 mins. Spain and Tax-Free Andorra two hours drive, golf 30 mins, tennis 20 mins, horse riding 20 mins. Canal de Midi 15 mins. Water activities 1hr. Other activities: Sandy beaches, the blue sea of the Mediterranean, wine tasting, restaurants, local markets, castles, and abbeys.
For the winter months ski resorts are only 1-2 hrs away.
