Villa Lindos Nefeli was built in 2004, in a superb location at St Nicolas (Navarone) Bay, Lindos. This holiday villa in Lindos incorporates traditional local qualities with hi-spec modern finishes / equipment and is set in a generous stone walled garden, with private pool. The enviable location benefits from spacious, picturesque surroundings and a comfortable proximity to all local facilities and neighbouring resorts. Pefkos, Lardos, Vlicha Bay and Kalathos are all within a few minutes drive, and each have their own character.

Villa Lindos Nefeli is split over three levels. The contemporary interior has optional air conditioning, and consists of a large, comfortable open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen / diner, both opening onto the pool terrace and gardens. Two lower level bedrooms open onto the sunken rear courtyard and a third upper level mezzanine (bed) room opens onto the roof terrace. The villa has 2 bath / cloakrooms. Outside, the villa has a large superb lawned garden with maturing olive and citrus trees, and a spacious, furnished pool terrace, with both open and semi-covered pergolas and a traditional Greek barbecue area.

Villa Lindos Nefeli is ideal for both short summer breaks and long summer vacations.

Local Area Details

The villa is located between Lindos and Pefkos in Navarone Bay. Both resorts are approx 1.5Km from the villa. The nearest beach is 500m, along with the 5* Hotel Lindos Memories, which is often used for Wedding Receptions. The nearest local store is 100m, which sells most basic items. There are many shops, tavernas etc in both resorts.

Lindos is a picturesque village with its maze of narrow cobbled streets and white washed captain's Houses, all overlooked by the famous Acropolis. The village is mainly pedestrianised and the only transport you are likely to see are the donkeys and scooters which the locals use to carry out their daily chores. Lindos at night is spectacular with its many rooftop tavernas and the beautifully lit Acropolis in the background. There are many friendly bars and even a nightclub for those who wish to dance until dawn. There are 3 superb beaches at Lindos. St Paul's Bay is great for snorkelling and it's quaint little chapel has become very popular for weddings.

Pefkos is also a lovely resort. It is very popular with families, with its golden sandy beach. It has many tavernas, shops etc and a superb bakery.

Watersports are available at both resorts.

There are many places to visit on the island.

RHODES TOWN -
Rhodes Town is situated at the north end of the island, and is split between the new town and the old town. Overlooking the harbour, the Old Town is surrounded by ancient walls built by the Knights of St. John. The old city retains many of its magnificent medieval buildings and has been designated a World Heritage Site. With its labyrinth of cobbled streets and hidden squares housing all types of craft shops, restaurants and bars, hours can be spent browsing around this part of Rhodes Town. Step outside the city walls and take a stroll past one of the many luxury boats anchored in Mandraki harbour where you'll find boats to Symi or Turkey.

TSAMBIKA -
Tsambika (or Tsampika) is one of the most beautiful beaches on Rhodes. You can also visit Tsambika monastery, which is perched way up the hill overlooking Tsambika beach. The road to the monastery leads half of the way up on the hill. From this point you will have to walk up the hill, following the 350 steps, but the views at the top make it all worthwhile.

VALLEY OF BUTTERFLIES -
In the western side of the island of Rhodes, approximately five kilometers south east of the village of Theologos (or Tholos), lies the Valley of the Butterflies (Petaloudes). This is one of the most beautiful natural spots on the island of Rhodes. Petaloudes attracts thousands of visitors during the summer months to see the swarms of Jersey Tiger moths, which settle there each summer in order to breed.

SEVEN SPRINGS -
Epta piges (seven springs in Greek) lies on the way to Archipolis Village at a distance of about 3km before the church of Agios Nectarios. It is one of the most charming destinations on Rhodes. Seven Springs offers a cool, magical landscape, a real oasis, even in the heat of high summer, swamped in greenery. Waters come out from the springs all year around, which end up in a small lake. You get to the lake walking through a narrow tunnel of 186m. The area of Seven Springs and the nearby forests are suitable for walking.

AFANDOU -
The village of Afandou is one of the largest and oldest villages on the Island of Rhodes. There is a small number of small restaurants, beach sports centres and fish tavernas. Afandou is also famous for Golf. It has an 18-hole golf course situated very close to the village.

FALIRAKI -
Faliraki is one the most popular holiday resorts on the island, on the very water's edge and bathed in sunlight. It also has an impressive Water Park, where you can enjoy water slides, a lazy river, black holes, rafting slides, the giant slide (about 140m long), kamikaze slides, a huge wave pool, an aqua-gym, poll-cafes and much, much more. A part of the water park is especially designed for children.
