The master bedroom has a luxurious en suite with bidet and walk in shower. floor.There is a sunny balcony to sit and enjoy the wonderful views over the sea and beach and watch the world go by.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, washing machine and all cleaning materials are supplied.Clothes can be dried outside in the fresh air on the clothes line or drying rack on the balcony.
Guests are provided with towels, beach towels,beach mats and chairs, beach umbrella,tea towels, linen, dvd's and cd's and local maps and phrase books.
Local Area DetailsEverything is close to the apartment with the beach across the road, a supermarket less then 2 minutes walk. All the main hotels and restaurants are nearby so this is truely the best location in town making a car unnecessary.the town centre can be reached by foot in under 10 minutes and there you can find a wealth of restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. The town boasts a lovely park with duck pond and playground and there is a weekly market selling everything from fresh produce to rugs held on Wednesdays. There is an old historic area complete with ruined castle and the annual Moors and Christians festival held every July. The town also has an excellent sports centre for swimming indoors and outdoors, football, aerobics etc.The large seaside town of Torreveija is about a 20 minute drive and here you will find a lovely promenade full of little market stalls and plenty of cafes. There is a regular ferry service from Torreveija to the Island of Tarbaca which is renowned for its crystal clear water and diving sites.
