Located in the lovely hilltop village of Monterinaldo the three-storey house has been restored to a high standard. With its honey coloured stone brickwork it is perfectly in keeping with its surroundings of undulating hills and countryside, fine views of which can be seen from the top two floors.

It is easily located in the village as it sits next to the church of Santa Rosario in the old district. The church bells ring occasionally during the day as you would expect in Italy, however they do not ring hourly, and there is a sleepy feel to village life.
The village has a well-stocked shop, post office, pharmacy and bar all within walking distance, and there is plenty of choice for dining in nearby restaurants and Agriturismos.
The accommodation consists of a small private entrance hallway, leading to the utility area with washing machine, and games room, where there is a two-in-one pool and table tennis table and darts board.

Upstairs to the first floor and you enter an open plan living and dining area. There you will find a traditional Marchegiano fireplace, TV and DVD with a small library of English DVDs, a stereo with a range of music CDs, books and board games.

There is a modern kitchen area with a gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher.

Up again to the top floor, and there are two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room and WC, and a family sized bathroom with WC.The house backs on to a quiet communal garden, and there is ample parking at the front or at the end of the street only a few metres away.
