It is easily located in the village as it sits next to the church of Santa Rosario in the old district. The church bells ring occasionally during the day as you would expect in Italy and there is a sleepy feel to village life.
The village has a well-stocked shop, post office, pharmacy and bar all within walking distance, and there is plenty of choice for dining in nearby restaurants and Agriturismos.

Up again to the top floor, and there are two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room and WC, and a family sized bathroom with WC.The house backs on to a quiet communal garden, and there is ample parking at the front or at the end of the street only a few metres away.
