Relax on the terrace or in the shady garden before dinner in one of the many good restaurants in the city - not least of which is the Table du Golf in Chateau Lasbordes, where you will find superb food and a warm welcome, at reasonable prices, as well as a free aperitif for our guests.
Five spacious bedrooms overlook the terracotta rooftops of the city, with more distant views to the Tarn River, Aveyron and Black Mountains. All come equipped with tea and coffee making facilities (and by the way, it's British tea with real milk) and there is a refrigerator for guests' use.
Three of the rooms are available as family rooms. Continental breakfast is included in the weekly rate of €350 per room (€120 supplement for third person in the room). Full English breakfasts are available, as is a supper tray with wine for guests arriving late in the day - just let us know in advance.
Long week-end and short-stay rates on request. Payment may be made in Sterling or Euros, cheques or cash.

CULTURE AND LEISURE IN THE REGION
A fast and frequent bus service from our doorstep into the city centre means non-golfing partners can come and go as they please to explore this beautiful and historic area of France. The lovely town of Cordes-sur-Ciel (Cordes in the sky) is nearby, as is Gaillac, centre of the region's vineyards and home to the annual Gaillac Wine Festival.
Albi itself, birthplace of artist Henri Toulouse-Lautrec, is a medieval gem, with the magnificent fortified Cathedral of Ste. Cecile at its heart and the Toulouse-Lautrec Gallery/Museum a memorable visit.
The nightly floodlit ramparts of Ste. Cecile are a magical view from three of our five bedrooms.
More distant views look over the Aveyron and Black Mountains.
THE BEAUTIFUL TARN VALLEY AND GORGE make this area of France very popular too with ramblers and walkers.
Canoeing facilities are available only thirty minutes drive away - beginners and more experienced routes can be taken.
CAP DECOUVERTE is the recently-opened water sports and leisure complex, only ten minutes drive north of Albi - perfect for a day out with all the family.
