3 Bedrooms: 1 large double & 1 large twin, both with built-in wardrobes. 1 smaller twin bedroom. There is also a cot.
Sleeps: 6 adults
Bathrooms: 1 with shower, bath and wc)
Kitchen: Modern, well equipped with cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, washing machine, kettle, baby bottle steriliser, iron. There is also a small dining area.
Lounge: Large, with dining area, TV, Video, DVD, CD, Radio.
Swimming Pool: Large pool, with children's paddling pool
Balcony: Large sunny balcony, south facing, totally private, with patio furniture and barbeque.
Level: This is a 1st/top floor apartment with no-one above. Private (not shared) stairs.
Facilities: Small supermarket nearby (about 5 minute walk). There are also 2 pay-phones on the complex. Easy parking - right outside the apartment.
Pets: No (sorry!)
Beaches: 25-30 minute walk /2-3 minutes by car.
Resort Centre: 25-30 minute walk /2-3 minutes by car.
Golf 30-40 minutes drive (Teguise)
The complex enjoys the tranquility of being situated away from the resort centre; although it is still within easy walking distance.
The resort's beaches and main bars/restaurants take about 25 minutes to walk to, or about 2 - 3 minutes via car/taxi (taxis are cheap, around 2 - 3 euros, and the phone number is contained in the information pack). There is a small supermarket close by.
The apartment also has distant views to the sea and to the island of Fuerteventura. There is a large balcony and a Barbeque.
Other facilities include a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, baby-bottle sterilizer. There is a stair-gate between the single bedroom & the kitchen.
