This quietly situated, self-catering apartment, but only 100yds from the beach, has two large rooms, kitchen, bathroom and a balcony. The bedroom sleeps 3 with a king-size double bed and one single, or three singles, with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. The day room has a large dining table and sitting area with a double bed settee. The kitchen is well-equipped with a gas cooker, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, washing machine and ample cupboard space. The bathroom has a bath with shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet. The balcony is ideal for having breakfast or enjoying an evening drink.There is heating for renting in the winter. The attractive old town is only a short walk away along the beach front. There are many restaurants and bars in the beach area and then even more in the narrow streets of the old town, which is also good for clothes and souvenir shopping
Local Area DetailsAlghero is on the north-west coast of Sardinia and is called the Coral Riviera. It has beautiful beaches and a rugged coast and is 10 mins from Alghero airport.Alghero is a superb holiday centre with good sandy beaches on either side of the town. To the north-west is Alghero bay, with past it the glorious Porto Conte bay. The picturesque old town of Alghero has an abundant choice of restaurants and good shopping too. The most elegant old streets surround the cathedral, at the centre of the town.
