This luxury home is located near the tip of beautiful Anna Maria Island. It is directly on the beach, facing west across the Gulf of Mexico. Sunsets are spectacular. The home has recently been renovated to upgrade the kitchen, laundry and main living area. It features three bedrooms, two baths, a full eat-in kitchen and family room. There is also a large screened outdoor porch which functions as living area for much of the year.
The entire second floor is a master suite with king sized bed and jacuzzi tub. On the first floor are two twin beds (and crib), and one queen sized bed. All bedrooms have cable TV.
The house is equipped with all necessary linens and cooking utensils, some beach toys and barbecue grill.

Local Area DetailsAnna Maria Island is one hour's drive from Tampa International Airport, and about 1/2 hour from Sarasota. Because local ordinances forbid the construction of condominiums, the Island has the simple flavor of "old Florida". Anna Maria is also a bird sanctuary and is home to Egrets, Herons, pelicans, oystercatchers,and parrots. Off shore and deep sea fishing are available, and the Island has some of the most beautiful white beaches on the west coast of Florida.
Area restaurants range from local seafood houses to fine dining. And, there are several world class golf courses on nearby Longboat Key. St. Armand's Circle, Sarasota has many fine specialty shops, but it's also possible to find one-of-a-kind treasures made by local artisans in the small stores on Anna Maria Island itself
