It is perfect for those seeking a peaceful country retreat, yet it is within easy reach of both the Charente and Dordogne departments' numerous attractions. It is only 5 mins from the hamlet of Ronsenac (grocer, butcher, cafe)and 10 mins from Villebois Lavalette, a small town with all amenities and a big supermarket. A large 40 sq m lounge with open fireplace, TV/DVD/Satelite/Video /Hifi, phone with 4 patio doors opening out to east and south terraces. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with d/w, w/m, m/w, f/f and all mod cons. At one end of the house is the Games Room with a full sized table tennis table, darts, board games etc. All bedrooms are located in one side of the L shape of the house, together with the fully tiled bathroom with vanity unit, separate shower and bidet, and a separate WC. Bedrooms: (1 double with kingsized bed) with patio doors out with ensuite shower; 2 twins, 1 bunkbed room with patio doors out and separate washroom/WC.
