A 500 year old Casa Colonica, (principle farmhouse of the land owner) There are not many places in Italy where you can look across four counties of Italy, Tuscany, Umbria, Emila and Marche. On a clear day you can see for over 100 miles!

Built from local stone, terracotta floors and ceiling tiles, supported by traditional exposed huge wooden beams. Restored to the highest standards, with modern luxuries and traditional antique furniture. There is a real sense of the property having been to last, some walls are over two feet thick. Fully fitted and equipped kitchens with all you will need to prepare great feasts.

The owners and staff are always on hand to ensure standards are maintained. We are here to help you get the most from your stay, be it planned day trips to tips on what to see and do. We always have at least one member of staff staying at the property.

Cavagnetti is spacious, set in 2 ha of landscaped gardens (which we are replanting with olives and fruit trees) and woodland. Inside the farmhouse, the very well appointed and spacious living and bedroom accommodation has been sympatheticaly restored to a very high standard. Sleeping up to 18 guests in 7 bedrooms.
