We carefully selected our 2BR/2Bath Puerto Vallarta condo for the great ocean view, spacious deck, beautifully maintained and customized interior, location and floorplan. Not to mention the best beach in the charming Old Town area. The only way to rent this unit is directly from the owners- not listed with rental agents.

Description: 1300 square feet of living space | 1 bedroom with king bed and ocean view deck | 1 bedroom with 2 twins or combine for king | Fifth floor | The kitchen/dining/living area is spacious and bright, with room-width glass doors opening completely to the large plant-filled deck with a lovely ocean and mountain view. The effect is like a breezy outdoor room. A table on the deck is perfect for leisure breakfasts, in addition to the dining table inside. On the east living room wall near the deck is a huge mirror which faces the beach and provides big ocean views from inside the unit.

Bathrooms: 2 full marble-tiled bathrooms. 1 with soaker tub/shower and 1 with shower. All towels supplied.
Kitchen: The kitchen includes refrigerator, stove, microwave, pots and pans, glassware, and the all-important blender and coffeemaker for festive evenings and convenient and cozy breakfasts on the terrace. A sink-mounted water filter provides tasty drinking water. Although this is a well-equipped kitchen, please note that as is typical of Mexican properties, there is no dishwasher. The stove is gas. The kitchen is open to the living area and has a pass-through counter and eating bar. Enjoy the convenience of the condiments, spices and staples provided in the cupboards and refrigerator.
View: WOW! From east to west get a sweeping view of the town, jungle, beach, ocean and mountains surrounding Banderas Bay. The 5th floor location of this home is ideally situated to appreciate all the natural beauty. The living and dining area opens onto a large plant-filled deck with decorative iron railings on the south side of this beachfront building, where you can see directly west to the white sand and palm trees of Los Muertos Beach. On the interior east wall near the deck, a huge west-facing mirror brings the beach view right into the living room. The master bedroom has a special window allowing beach views from the bed! The rooftop deck overlooks the beach and provides panoramic views of the entire Banderas Bay and Sierra Madre mountains. Watching sunsets from the roof is a major event prized by the building residents.
