Villa Vita Nova is a lovely villa in a secluded residential cul-de-sac. It is situated in the heart of Benalmadena Costa, just minutes walk from the sandy beaches and the bustling yacht marina. All the amenities are just minutes walk away - shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket, and tourist attractions. Golf courses are within easy reach and the villa is suitable for all age groups.

The rooms in the villa are large, bright and spacious. We have a pool which is solar heated, table tennis, and both shade and sunny patio areas including a roof top terrace. We also have a pool table, table tennis and satellite TV. There is a BBQ area near the pool.

There are 3 bedrooms, one with king size bed, and two twin bedded rooms. In the lounge there is a single sofa bed and in the dining room a double sofa bed. There are 3 bathrooms one with a jacuzzi.

The kitchen is fully equipped with gas & electric hob, oven, microwave, etc and there is a washing machine. The seperate dining room seats 8.

Local Area Details

Entertainment for the family ranges from historic sites such as Granada and Rhonda or the local Aquapark, Marine Centre and Tivoli World Amusement Park. At the Marina there are dolphin trips and a Sea Life Centre. Local markets are interesting and there is a cable car to take you into the mountains. Shops, restaurants, bars and beach are all within easy walking distance.

There are excellent golf courses within easy driving distance - if you are a party of all golfers or family coming along too, this is a good place to be! There is plenty to amuse the family while the golfers are away, and good places to eat in the evening are within easy walking distance.

The Pratomagno area, where our property is located, is well known for its hiking trails, footpaths and mountain itineraries. We can provided maps, and provide itineraries for excursions whether you are a relaxed rambler or an experienced mountain climber.

About Transport

A car is essential for a holiday at Molin del Resco. There are no local bus or train services in the area. However the train station of Figline is only a 5 minute drive from Molin del Resco and from here is an excellent train service for Florence and Arezzo (20 minutes) so that you can avoid driving and parking in the cities.
