has 4 bedrooms with air-conditioning (3 bedrooms have double bed, 1 bedroom has 2 single beds) , 2 bathrooms, a saloon with a fire place, and a kitchen(with oven, hob, fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine, CD player, portable barbecue, dishes and other kitchen equipments).

It is located in 2500m square garden and it has 90m square swimming

This site is a very lovely site with Mediterranean flowers surround and
has a great sea view with Greek Islands. It is located 8 minutes by walk to the center of Yalikavak and 3 minutes by car to the most popular 2 beaches,15 km away from the center of Bodrum, 1,5 km to the supermarkets Migros and Gimma. It is 2 minutes by car to the Yalikavak marina.

Electric, gas, water and pool maintenance is included into the price.


I also would like to mention that there are chickens and a very friendly dog in the garden (i mention pets in advance, some guests may not like)

We have house keeper, every day cleans the outside (pool area), collects garbage and does the pool care.

Local Area Details

There are plenty of things to do and see in Bodrum. If you like nature and sea, a wonderful bay is just 50 meters away from the house, besides you can always spend your time at the swimming pool, which is over 90 meters square. You can go for fishing, trekking, surfing... or simply enjoy the restaurants that offer world-famous Mediterranean and Turkish dishes.
If you are interested in history and archeology, you should visit Sandima village and see the rock cemeteries just beside the bay in Yalikavak.

The House is just 5 minutes away from Turkey's most popular two beach clubs; XANADU and DODO BEACH, which are located at the bay. You can always go to center of Bodrum, which is just 15 minutes away. It is also very popular to visit COS (a Greek Island), which is just 45 minutes away by ferry. There are many daily trips available to COS, all you need to do is to register a day earlier before attending the tour.

At night, a huge night life will be waiting you in Bodrum, where you will have the chance to dance and travel by ship, which is at the M&M CLUB. Bodrum also is the home for HALIKARNAS, Europe's biggest disco, which will fascinate you with its fantastic shows. If you love Latin music, then you should not miss the CUBA Club. There are also many other excellent bars and nightclubs throughout the season awaiting to entertain you.
