The bedroom carpets are new whilst elsewhere are laid cool floridean floor tiles. Overall the home is in perfect condition and is maintain by the manager who lives just around the corner.
Local Area DetailsDespite it's privacy the villa is just a short drive to all of Naples many attractions and amenities. The nearest shoping mall is 5 minutes drive, golf course even closer. The beach and downtown Naples 12 minutes and Interstate 75, your route to all of Florida is again only 5 minutes.
