A semi detached house fully equipped and furnished for holiday rental with satellite TV full Sky package, DVD CD VCR air conditioning and central heating throughout. Lounge diner leading on to a covered patio which has a dining set for al fresco dining ,separate kitchen fully equipped including a dishwasher, utility room with washiing machine and a cloakroom complete the accomodation on the ground floor. Upstairs the spacious master bedroom which is ensuite with a full bathroom including shower,has fitted wardrobes and a security safe.This bedroom opens on to a balcony with sunbeds and a sun blind.The other two bedrooms, one double and one twin have a separate bathroom .Normal changeover day Saturday.Bed linen,beach,bath and hand towels supplied and changed weekly. The community is enclosed has five pools and dedicated underground parking. An airport pick up service and a local English speaking management team. The hire of cots,pushcairs,wheelchairs,high chairs,and cars can all be arranged as can flights, travel insurance and the reservation of golf tee times. Local Area DetailsA five minute drive or less will bring you to Puerto Banus where you can shop till you drop in a large range of designer and other shops or at the El Corte Ingles superstore, after this there is every type of restaurant and themed bar to choose from or you can stroll around the harbour area where the yachts of the rich and famous are on display. All the golden beaches,beach bars,golf courses,water sports,horse riding,theme and safari parks, the International town of Marbella,and the beach resort town of Estepona are nearby as are many interesting trips to famous towns like Ronda or the gastronomic mountain village of Benahavis with its many resturants and beautiful mountain views.A tax free shopping trip or a sea trip to view the dolphins are available in Gibraltar.There is information about lots of other activities in the house for guests.
