Local Area Details

Close to all local amenities, the property is at the top of one of the many Avenues leading down to the River Loire with fine houses and period architecture. Please note that the avenue can get quite busy during the day, but the house has been double-glazed throughout to reduce traffic noise to a minimum. Several bikes are provided for you to explore the surrounding parts of town, with the river & the ancient town center both an easy ride away. Parking at the front of the house (on the Avenue) is metered but there is free parking in the side streets nearby. Private parking for 1 vehicle in the porch. The south facing garden (approx. 800m²) has high walls and is completely enclosed and quiet. Plenty of garden furniture, portable gas-fired BBQ, table tennis etc.

Ideal for discovering the Loire Valley & its famous châteaux and vineyards... there again, you may just wish to lounge round the pool all day, the garden is a real sun trap!
