SUNNY POOLSIDE STUDIO:
We have a lovely sunny ground floor studio, leading out to the pool and beautiful gardens. There is a large living room area with a double sofa bed, dining room table and chairs, fully equipped with DVD player and films, stereo, fans, iron,kettle, toaster, satellite TV, safe, cots and air conditioning if required. They sleep up to 4, with 2 single beds in the bedroom area and a sofa bed. They are very spacious and wheelchair accessible.
1 BEDROOM DUPLEX:
Also a very luxurious 1 bed duplex which has fantastic sea views and is located right on the seafront on the 2nd and 3rd floors. It has a huge bedroom and newly reformed beautiful en suite shower room upstairs with a spacious terrace with lovely seafront views. There is a fully equipped kitchen and living room downstairs with another terrace and bathroom. There is also a washing machine. Fans, stereo, colour Tv with sat, DVD player and films, kettle, toaster etc all provided.
PARQUE SANTIAGO 4 is undoubtedly the most popular complex in the area, of South Tenerife. There is a heated pool, pool bar,childrens playground, 24 hour reception and 24 hr security, large sunbathing areas, extensive gardens, free use of sunbeds and shades, supermarket and only 1 minute to beach, also a childrens pool . Located on the beachfront on a lovely promenade halfway between the resorts of Los Cristianos and Las Americas.
The owner of the property provides a 24 hour emergency call out service and as she lives locally can provide advice on best bars, restaurants, local sites etc. She works hard to give you the best holiday possible.

Close to all the top evening entertainment venues and new Magic Fountain. The area is very flat and good for wheelchair users. Close to top surfing beaches and ideally suited for walking.
