This beautifully furnished Villa is a perfect family getaway. It has a large private swimming pool and is in a great location. There are wonderful sandy beaches within easy walking distance and the local harbour which is a great place for water sports including Jet Ski hire, snorkeling and scuba diving. There are a huge variety of restaurants, bars and shops, and the 18 hole Championship Golf Course (which hosted the 2004 Spanish open), is also only a few minutes drive away.
The Villa is very spacious and has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 lounges and 2 kitchens. The property has been specifically designed on two levels to suit many purposes, as 1 large Holiday Villa perfect for large families or parties or it can be used as two apartments often ideal for 2 families that like to holiday together, but still like a little privacy and freedom. There is a wonderful large roof terrace giving stunning panoramic views to the sea, harbour and golf courses. There are breathtaking sunsets in the evenings giving a perfect spot to sit and enjoy an evening drink.
At the rear of the Villa next to the pool there is a secluded patio with BBQ, sun-loungers & table & chairs, ideal for al fresco dining or a great place for sun worshippers. The swimming pool is 7.5 meters long and 3.5 meters wide, and has a graded depth from 1 meter to 1.5. There is also a heated pool-side shower.
The upper level has a spacious open plan room with dining table and chairs, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, ceramic hob, full oven and full size fridge freezer. The lounge area is divided by a marble breakfast bar with further stools. There is also a television, video and a CD player.
There are two bedrooms on this floor, both comfortably furnished, one has twin beds and a fitted wardrobe and overlooks the swimming pool. This room also benefits from sea-views. The second bedroom has a double bed and a fitted wardrobe. There is also a full bathroom on this level and we also supply hair dryers.

The lower level and has two leather settees, a coffee table a large wall unit with a TV, video and a CD/mini-system. There is a second kitchen which is also fully equipped. There are a further two bedrooms, again both fitted comfortably furnished. One double bedroom and a further with twin beds and additional bedroom furniture. There is a large bathroom with a shower cubicle. The washing machine is located here and an iron and ironing board are also provided.
All rooms throughout the house are fitted with ceiling fans for your comfort, and we can also supply a travel cot, and high chair. All linen and towels are also supplied.

Local Area Details

Coast/Beach
The Golden sandy horse shoe shaped beach of Caleta de Fuste is only a 10 min walk from the villa. The beach was specifically designed with safety in mind and there are a variety of water sports for all the family such as jet ski hire, snorkeling, submarine rides, fishing trips and camel rides. There are also beautiful coastal walks offering panoramic views of the coastline and Atlantic Ocean.
Golf
Home to the Spanish open in April 2004 The 18 hole course is a par 71. The 365 day a year course is comfortable to play even in the middle of the day with a cool comfortable breeze. Golf buggies are available for hire and the clubhouse offers a variety of services such a Gym, sauna, Golf range, and restaurant and bar facilities. A second Golf course, La Salinas is now open and is just next door from the Fuerteventura Golf course this also offers a great variety and equally impressive facilities.
Travel
Fuerteventura airport is 8km away and costs around €15 in a Taxi. The service is efficient and friendly.

There is a bus service from the airport for 1 euro on an air conditioned bus and it takes about 20 mins. Car hire can be arranged at the airport or in the town and can be as little as £15 a day, this is a great way to explore the island.

The Town of Caleta de Fuste is only a 10 min walk away. The airport is 15km away. The beaches are a 10 min walk away. 15 mins from Fuerteventura´s capital, Puerto del Rosario. 10 mins from the Atlantico commercial shopping centre with a wide range of restaurants, bars and amenities.

Fuerteventura is famous for its wide variety of water sports such as Wind surfing, scuba diving, fishing, snorkeling and Kite boarding. You can also participate in camel rides, horse riding and buggy rides throughout the island and marvel at the spectacular landscape.
The island is also famous for its golden sandy beaches and the seclusion and tranquility cannot be equaled by any other island. It is the longest and second largest of the Canary Islands and from the northern town of Corralejo you can take a 15minute Ferry ride to Lanzarote.
Caleta de Fuste is the closest town and has a wide variety of high quality restaurants, bars and family activities. Every Saturday morning there is an African market on the main street selling a variety of African Souvenirs and trinkets rich in African culture. A modern commercial centre, the Atlantico Centre, is nearby and includes boutiques, more restaurants, a supermarket, a multiplex cinema, and bowling alley.
