Very Large apartment 2 mins to the beach with full list of perfect reviews from past tennants. One of the largest studio apartments you will find kept to it's very high standard, located in a sought after area. With over several years of perfect reviews from past tennants. All information which can be passed on. 24 hour security, 24 hour reception, and a 24 hour call out service is availalbe from the owner who lives locally. The apartment is fitted with a state of the art locked safe bolted to the floor and walls, smoke alarms and fire extinguishers. Extensive sunbathing areas in the complex due to the several pool locations and also a quiet residents area if you wish.. The apartment boasts a complete make over with new tiles, new kitchen etc etc The kitchen has a large proper fridgefreezer, cooking rings and a small oven/grill. It also has a new Microwave Oven. All utensils are in large quantity, everything is renewed every 12 months. A beautiful wood breakfast bar has been built inside. One half of the apartment has been custom built living area with storage underneath. One side is 5ft 10 and the other is 6ft 2. This gives you an idea of the size. This can be converted into beds. The apartment also has 2 single beds, which are always less than 12 months old. A spare mattress is also available in the apartment. A TV and DVD are provided so you can bring DVDs to watch. A selection of 30 DVDs are also availalbe in the safe. Local information of the British Video Shop for hire is available. There are two large wardrobes with ample space to put you clothes and store your luggage. There is a washing machine in the apartment, ironing board and a large normal iron. The apartment has a very large terrace which is a private terrace with a garden. The sun is on the terrace all day and it's great for kids as they can't get out and go anywhere. To cool off inside I have a ceiling fan which is great for cooling off in the summer, this is very powerfull and there is also a rotating air cooler which blows ice cold air. This is great as it can be moved around. The apartment is not on the main road so you don't have the noise of the cars. The apartment is immaculate and kept as clean as your own home. Groups of young teenagers are not permitted.

Local Area Details

Classic private apartment complex divided in small groups of buildings with only two floors similar to bungalows. This pleasant low rise complex enjoys an excellent location in Playa de las Americas being only 2 mins from the nearest beach and at easy reach of a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops. The 5 Star Piano Jazz club (upmarket) is nearby and also the shopping malls of the Parque Santiago complex's. The area is flat and good for wheelchair users or walkers. The apartments are formed by two floor bungalows surrounded by beautiful gardens with bright flowers and plants. The complex has 4 swimming pools with the closest only 20 meters away from the apartment door. This is pool one and is known as the quiet pool as it is 50% residential, so no noise of music is allowed at this pool and it has a small pool bar which serves snacks. In the other pool there are billiards, table tennis and a TV room with satellite channels. Barbecue area, full restuarant and the entertainment program offers different games and activities with guests participation in the day time such as water polo, fitness, etc., and music, contests and professional shows at night. The apartment is 400 m to the new Las Americas Golf Course. Scuba Diving, dive courses padi and bsac instructors. The garden, swimming pool and all the walking areas (tiles etc) have just finished 6 months of complete reconstruction and are beautifully finished. 2 Swimming pools 20 meters away from our door.

Within 5 mins walking there are Chinese, Indian and many local resturants nearby. Just opened on our residential complex is a Greggs Bakery just like home.

Tenerife has summer 12 months of the year. The coldest it gets during the day is around 20 degrees in the winter months. In the evening during the winter you will need a jumper.
