Casa de Porco is a purpose built studio apartment. The name (House of the Pig) reflects the recent transformation of the old ruins that were once the original pig house and pen. Located in a very rural setting it has excellent views and it is situated in a designated ecological area. Casa da Porco is ideal for the more mature person or couples that may have interests in walking, photography and nature. It is especially suited for those who prefer to be away from the resort or more tourist type accommodation that can be found in The Algarve. Sleeps 2/4 people. The accommodation comprises a paved patio area with picnic table, chairs and parasol. There is a double bed and sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, microwave, hot plate, kettle, toaster and filter coffee machine. There is also a television with a built in DVD player. A good selection of books and films are available. All bed linen is provided within the rental price. Bath and hand towels are provided at a cost of 10 euros per week and are laundered every three days with 5 euros refunded at the end of your stay when towels are returned.
