Property Details of Mallorca Cottage
Ca’n Serol Petit sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. You enter the property through a secluded stone patio, scented by lavender, jasmin, pelargoniums and a magnolia tree, with an al-fresco dining area. The sunny kitchen is totally equipped with fridge-freezer, oven and hob, coffee-maker, toaster, etc.
The open plan living-dining area has a fireplace and the sofa converts into an extra double bed. Satellite TV (Sky, BBC, Cbeebies, CNN…) is provided for guests with no extra charge.
Upstairs there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed (a single bed or a cot are also available on request) and ample cupboards. The bathroom offers a big bathtub with shower and a double sink.
The cottage has been reformed with original rustic materials such as old terracotta floor tiles and old pine beams, maintaining its warm rustic atmosphere, and it also offers all the modern commodities such as central heating throughout.
The owners of Ca'n Serol Petit live next door, a friendly young English-Spanish family with three kids. They welcome you on arrival for a tour of the house and are also on hand during your stay.
Local Area DetailsThe cottage is situated within walking distance of the picturesque historic villages of Sóller, Fornalutx and Biniaraix. It sits in the foothills of the highest mountains of the Tramuntana Range (ideal for biking and walking holidays), within the sunny valley of Sóller and its orange groves, just 5 minutes drive to the centre of the town, with its shops, historic food market, many restaurants and sunny terraces.
The Port of Sóller offers one of the few sand beaches in the north of the island.
A short drive away are some of the islands best kept secrets: the exclusive village of Deia, the monastery of Lluch, the beach of La Calobra, the mountain lakes of Cuber and Gorg Blau, and the spectacular National Park of the Tramuntana mountain range.
The location of this property makes it ideal for a wide range of holiday activities, whether it’s getting a sun tan on the sands in the Port of Sóller, going for mountain and countryside walks (from the easy paths through the valley to the steep and spectacular mountain treks along the Tramuntana), or just getting away from it all and sampling the delights of the Mediterranean way of life: the food, weather, laid-back atmosphere, night life…
Golfers will know that Mallorca is one of the most popular destinations for year round golfing holidays, due to its pleasant weather and excellent infrastructures: some 18 golf courses are scattered round the island. The closest one to Ca'n Serol Petit is Son Termens, a 20 minute drive away, it takes non members (Par: 72 ; 5.572m ; 18 Holes ; Green Fee: approx. 60€).

| These prices are per week for two adults. They include the cleaning of the property prior to arrival, quality clean linen and towels, unrestricted hot water and central heating and use of Satellite TV, as well as a few welcoming provisions to start off, including a bottle of Rioja.
In stays of 2 weeks or more, a mid-stay clean is also included.
A deposit of 150 Pounds will be required at the time of booking. The rest of the payment must be completed prior to the fortnight before arrival, plus a fully refundable damages deposit of 150 Pounds.
