TRAVEL INFORMATION

From Schiphol airport, you can take the train to Central station. The main office-shop from HOME COMFORT APARTMENT is at 3 minutes walk distance from Rail Way Station.

From Schiphol Airport by car, you take the highway A4 to Amsterdam and it takes 15 minutes or more.


BEDS AND BEDROOMS

The apartment has one (spacious) bedroom, with separate linen room to store your luggage.1 king size bed and 4 single box spring beds (queen size,2x 0.90 x 2.00 meter). The beds can be made as a double bed.

An extra single bed may be placed on request.

The maximum number of persons in the apartment is 6. Since larger groups of people can be loud, we must ask your understanding for the fact that after 11pm the building should be reasonably quiet. You can of course be together as a group, but loud parties etc. can unfortunately not be permitted.

BOOKINGS AND RESERVATIONS

A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card will NOT be charged(*), it is only needed to guarantee your reservation. Payment is on arrival.
Deposit (only for reservations over Euro 1000):
For reservations over Euro 1000.- we ask for a deposit of 25%. Details will be emailed to you after you have made a reservation for which this applies). In case of a cancellation the full deposit (minus euro 45.- administration costs) will be refunded according to our cancellation policy.

PAYMENT:

Payment is on arrival. We prefer cash.
Cancellations Policy:
Cancellations more than 14 days prior to arrival - no charge. Credit cards will only be debited if one or more of the following conditions occur: Cancellations between 14 days and 72 hours prior to arrival - 25% of full duration charge. Cancellations less than 72 hours prior to arrival and No Shows - full duration of booking will be charged.

MINIMAL STAY:

A minimal stay of two nights is required. For bookings which include a friday and/or saturday a minimal stay of three nights is required(*), unless a shorter stay fits in between other bookings. For shorter stays please check the options for your dates with our "check availability" feature, or email us.
*For holidays and other special dates (new year, Queens day) longer minimal stays may apply.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT:

We expect you to arrive with us at the given arrival time as we convened in our email contacts Normally your accommodation will be ready and available even at 2200PM, normal check out time is at 1100 AM. We are however as flexible as possible with that. If the accommodation is not occupied you can get the accommodation early on your date of arrival and check out late on your date of departure. You can always bring in your luggage early on the day of arrival (starting from 10AM!) and leave your luggage with us for the remaining of the day of departure.

GENERAL:

We reserve the right to terminate the stay without notice and without refund if the stated number of occupiers is exceeded, alternatively we will levy additional charges at the appropriate daily tariff. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation within 12 hours after the reservation has been made, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We can not be held responsible for any damages due to the cancellation, but all payments done by the client to amsterdam house4 rent for this reservation will be fully refunded
