Property Details of Valencia Apartment
After playing a round of golf, you can enjoy a relaxing drink on your balcony & enjoy uninterrupted views of the 9th hole or cool off in the large communal swimming pool. This well located 2 bedroom apartment (just only 150 metres from the Clubhouse) has a well equipped kitchen for self catering golf holidays which includes a dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave etc plus there is an outdoor utility with washing machine, iron & ironing board.
This apartment comfortably sleeps 4. There is a travel cot available for families traveling with a baby. In additon to this, there are 2 blow up beds (with electric pump) available to use in the lounge so can accommodate up to 6 - please get in touch and advise us if there are more than 4 people in your party and we can confirm the rental rate to you (there is an additional charge of £5 per person per night for the 5th and 6th person).
The bedrooms are spacious and have been purposely furnished with twin beds to make this apartment suitable for same sex golfing groups as well as couples. Both are furnished with fitted wardrobes, a chest of drawers & bedside table. Bedroom 1 conveniently features a modern en-suite bathroom with wc, bidet, basin & shower over bath. All bed linen and towels are supplied at the apartment. A hairdryer is also provided so you don't have to pack your own.
The open plan lounge features a 3 seater sofa, sitting chair & CD player plus there is an indoor table with 6 chairs & the patio doors open out onto the good sized balcony with outdoor table & chairs so you can dine al-fresco.
Please note: the apartment is non-smoking (smoking is allowed on the balcony & outside).
A maximum of 2 children + 1 baby are permitted per booking.
Local Area DetailsThis is the perfect central base for golfers!!! As well as staying playing at El Bosque, there are 7 other golf courses within approx 1 hour drive including Escorpion, El Saler, Oliva Nova, Mediterraneo, Foressos (please ask for further golf details). There is also a local tennis club and horse riding close to the golf club.
The nearby village of Cheste is home to the Ricardo Tormo circuit which is used for Formula 1 pre-season testing, Super Bikes and Touring Cars racing. Plus its a great base for the Valencia Grand Prix in August, La Tomatina at Bunol (August) and for celebrating Las Fallas (March).
Being only a 25 minute drive from Valencia city centre means that you can enjoy the city attractions whilst staying in a peaceful rural location. There are a wealth of historical cultural attractions including the City of Arts and Sciences museum, a multitude of art galleries including works by Goya, Velazquez and El Greco. Take time to explore the ancient cathedrals, plazas, monuments, parks as well as the old port and modern marina. Then chill out on the fantastic sandy beaches of Malvarrosa, Cabenyal-Arenas and El Saler.

| Use this apartment as a base for playing golf throughout the region. BOOK 2 WEEKS and receive a £50 DISCOUNT. SHORT STAY rentals are allowed for a minimum of 3 days (rates between £50-£60 per night depending on time of year). LONG STAY rentals are available - get in touch for any stays over 4 weeks for a discounted rate. Please note there is a £5 per person per night extra charge applicable for both the 5th and 6th person staying in the apartment.
Deposit: 25% of total rental price to be paid within 7 days of booking being confirmed. Balance: Payable 10 weeks before departure together with a security deposit of £100. The security deposit will be banked and fully refunded within 28 days of return provided that there are no damage, breakages, excessive use of electricity or any other breach of holiday agreement. If you fail to pay the balance when due your booking may be cancelled. Cancellations: More than 10 weeks prior to arrival loss of deposit. 10-8 weeks prior 50% of total rental rate will be refunded. 7-5 weeks prior 25% of total rental rate will be refunded. 4-0 weeks prior 0% refund. Please note if you are booking within 10 weeks of your departure date this is classed as a late booking and the total rental amount is due within 7 days of the booking being confirmed. Payment is normally only accepted in the quoted currency and is to be paid by internet bank transfer or cheque in sterling. Method of payment in alternative currencies are to be agreed in advance between the advertiser/ owner and the guest. Payments may be acceptable from non-sterling bank accounts or through Paypal with prior agreement. Once your booking is confirmed the price is fixed and will not change. However we reserve the right to change the published prices for new bookers during the holiday season depending on availability. It is mandatory that you have your own personal travel insurance for all members of the travelling party which incorporates the duration of the stay We will not accept liability for any personal claims. |
