The cottage is in a prime location situated above its own beach on a headland that has sea views from most of the windows and from is own secluded rear garden. The cottage is located at the end of a short lane within easy access of local facilities, such as the Kildonan Hotel and well-stocked shop.

The First Floor.
One Double bedrooms and one twin bedroom (with en-suite WC and Hand Basin).
A modern bathroom with Shower/Bath, WC and Hand Basin.

The Ground Floor.
Fully equipped Kitchen
Open plan living/ dining area.
Comfortable Lounge with French windows opening onto the rear Garden.
Small single bedroom adjacent to the lounge area.

The cottage comfortably sleeps 5 and on special request there is a metal action sofa bed, which can be used in the living room.

There is car parking for two vehicles.
