The cottage has 3 double bedrooms containing bedside cabnets with reading light and ample space in the wardrodes for your clothes. The beds can be zipped together to make 3 double beds or 6 single beds to suit your requirements. The downstairs bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower ideal if grandpar and nanny are with you. There are two bedrooms upstairs one with sea views and a large bathroom with bath and mansized shower. The cottage was refurbished in 2007 and has qood quality furnishings and fittings and full gas central heating. The kitchen has a washing machine,dishwasher,microwave and modern kitchen facilities and furnished with oak table and seating for 6 people. The lounge has seating for 6 and is tastefully furnished. There is a gas fire for that extra comfort during winter stays, CD,DVD,VIDEO,flat screen TV and satelite TV. The garden is laid to lawn with shrubs a Patio,BBQ and pinewood table & seating for 8. The cottage faces Boniface Downs and the garden has partial sea views.
Local Area DetailsThe cottage is situated in Bonchurch,Ventnor and has some wonerful walks for the energetic. There are costal and downland walks, Bonchurch beach is 20 minute downhill or a few minutes by car. The town of Ventnor is about one mile away. The Isle of Wight is geared to the holidaymaker and has something for all ages. There are many festivals, music etc. during the year and shows and plays at the Wintergarden Ventnor. Good Resturant and Pub food, Beautiful Beaches, Walks,Cycling and Water Sports.
