The villa is located in the village of Pinar De Campoverde, Alicante on the Costa Blanca and is ideal for anyone seeking a relaxing family holiday. For those interested in playing golf the villa is in easy reach of several golf courses with the nearest being only 2 minutes driving away.

The villa has 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 8 people, 2 bathrooms, 1Large lounge, and fully fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave, washing machine, rooftop solarium, and small private pool. Cable TV included
The villa has a terrace at the front and large rear gardens, chairs, tables and a large parasol for outside dining. Also available are a number of sun loungers and extra parasols.

The nearest bars/restaurants are 5 minutes walking distance and the nearest supermarket is about a 5 minute drive. The nearest beach is 5 minutes driving.

Bookings are generally on a weekly or fortnightly basis. This can be flexible, if for example you wanted a ten-day stay we will be happy to try and accommodate you. The changeover day is Saturdays

The nearest airport is Murcia ( San Javier ), which is around 15 minute drive, or Alicante which is around 50 minute drive. Full driving directions from the airport will be provided.
