L'appartamento, recentemente ristrutturato e dotato di moderni comfort, è arredato in stile italiano moderno. Distribuito su tre piani, ha un ingresso indipendente e dispone di ampio soggiorno, cucina con fornelli elettrici ben attrezzata, camera matrimoniale, camera doppia con due letti o con letto matrimoniale, bagno con doccia, bagno con vasca e mansarda nella quale è possibile aggiungere due letti. Il sistema di riscaldamento ed aria condizionata è regolabile dagli ospiti. Biancheria da letto, asciugamani, coperte e pulizia finale sono comprese.
