Luxury single storey villa situated on a quiet select gated community called 'The Abbey'. Only 10 minutes drive from Disney's main gate. The beautifully equipped en-suite bathroom has a large walk in shower cubicle and large vanity unit with theatre lights over. Master suite two, has a queen size bed, colour TV/VCR,walk in closet, ensuite with bath and shower over.
The two twin rooms share the third bathroom which is just accross the hallway. One twin is decorated with a Mickey Mouse theme which our younger guests love.
The typical Floridian open plan lounge area overlooks the beautiful orange groves and the pool area. It is furnished with comfortable sofas, Cable TV, VCR, DVD player and music centre.
The fully equipped kitchen has full cooker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, waste disposal, blender etc. everything you could possibly wish for.
The elegant dining area overlooks the pool and deck area.
You are guaranteed the sun around the large pool deck area. But for those who prefer a little shade, no worries, there is a covered lanai area with celing fan. The pool deck area is furnished with patio dining table and chairs for those balmy Florida evening meals and the comfortable sun loungers will invite you to relax and top up your tan.
We are really proud of our home, and offer many extras to the normal holiday home, including DVD, pool table, basketball hoops, a total of 3 TV's and 2 VCRs in addition to all the other things you would expect to find.
Local Area Details'The Abbey' is a beautiful development with block paved drives and sidewalks and is surrounded by a vast conservation areas where wildlife spotters will not be dissapointed. In addition, to the rear of the villa you will enjoy the heady aroma of the blossom from the Orange groves.
Situated on County Road 54 and only three minutes from Championsgate Golf course and club, Publix Supermarket, choice of restaurants including a Chinese takeaway. All this and only 3 minutes from the Interstate 4, in one direction and Highway 27 the other way. 10 minutes from Disney's Main Gate, only one junction up the Intersate 4. Ideally located for all the other attractions in the area and an easy, direct 30 minute drive from Orlando International Airport.
