| Refundable breakages deposit of 300 Euros required on arrival To be refunded within 2 weeks of of departures Subject to satifactory property inspection 35% deposit of rental fee to secure booking, the final amount in cash upon arrival at the property. Charges on Beach towels is 1Euro each per day. Electricity is charged by cards (non-refundable). I manage transfers from Airport to/from car/van hire excursions etc.
The property should be kept clean and tidy after departure.
Ample parking space outside property.
Pool season from April-September. Changeover day is Saturday but can be flexible. Not in High Season.
