Rental starting price is for a group size of 6.
Prices vary according to group of 6 /9 /12.
Refundable breakages deposit of €300 required on arrival, to be refunded within 2 days of departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
No parties/disco can be held in the villa and maximum number of persons booked is not to be exceeded unless this is approved by the owner of the villa. In case of breach of this condition the villa will have to be vacated immediately and any payments will be lost.
AIR CONDITIONERS ARE EXTRA AT €18 PER DAY. Extra beds are payable extra.
Strictly no smoking inside the property. Outside permitted.
CHANGE OVER DAY : Flexible.
CHECK-IN IS at 3PM AND CHECK-OUT IS `9AM.
USE OF POOL BETWEEN APRIL-OCTOBER, FROM NOVEMBER-MARCH THERE IS A SMALL EXTRA CHARGE ON REQUEST.
LATE ARRIVALS AT THE PROPERTY AFTER 21.00 PM, weekends and Public Holidays are subject of €50 charge.
Property should be kept clean and tidy after departure.
Pool season from April-September. Changeover day is Saturday but can be flexible. Not in High Season.
