Le Gite Tranquille is set in the peaceful countryside near to the town of Sainte Hermine in the Vendée region of France. The lovingly restored house is set in an orchard, making the perfect place for a relaxing and stress-free holiday. Up to 5 guests can be accommodated in the two en-suite bedrooms, and the kitchen is well equipped & available to rent throughout the year. This is a great location for exploring the countryside and the many towns and villages which are within easy driving distance. The house is well equipped and decorated to a high standard. On the ground floor there is an open plan lounge, kitchen/diner and small utility room and separate toilet. The lounge has two large sofas, a dining table & 6 chairs, a TV, DVD, video, CD player and radio. The Kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, and a dishwasher. The utility room has a fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board. The first floor has two bedrooms; one with double bed and the other with two single beds. Both bedrooms are en-suite and have storage. A third single bed and cot are also available to use in the twin bedroom. The outside area has a private patio with a table with comfy chairs and there is also a private garden area with BBQ, dining table & chairs and sun loungers. The private garden is surrounded by a larger garden and orchard where you can relax or have a picnic. There is also a table tennis table, French boules and a set of swings to keep the children amused.
